Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to return or exchange toys and products unless they are defective. This policy is to uphold the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers. Returns for defective products must be made within 30 days.

Any item designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Vibrators And Dildos
• Douche/Enema Kits
• Anal Toys, Beads, And Plugs
• Cock And Ball Devices, Cock Rings, And Cock Sleeves
• Ropes and Gags
• Lingerie And Men’s Wear
• Lubes, massage oils, condoms, and body paints are also not returnable.

For items being returned based on un-deliverability not due to Erotic Depot’s fault I.E. (wrong address given, no one home to sign for shipments if needed, moved out of current address, etc.) there will be a 20% restocking fee on all items.

Once your online order is processed it is moved into production and shipping quickly. Therefore, there is no way to cancel an order once it has been submitted.
Once the order is processed and shipped we can not make any changes to the address.

In most cases, if the order can not be delivered due to an address error, the parcel will be returned to us by the carrier. All returned orders will be refunded and can NOT be shipped back out.
